Excellent Customer Service for is our priority. We aim to provide our customers with an easy to use website and continuous updates on orders.

How to order

The website can be shopped by Category, Brand, or from any of our 3 stages of swimming ability. Current stock levels for each product are shown and some have a ‘Choose an option’ drop down, where different sizes or colours are available.

Once selected, add the product to your basket, go to checkout, pay securely with any major debit / credit card. We will then do the rest and keep you informed along the way.

Payment to

We can take payment instantly & securely using any major debit / credit card at the checkout stage of ordering. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received and a confirmation e-mail once the order has been despatched.

For orders placed before midday between Monday and Friday, we will aim to dispatch your order the same day once payment is cleared. If ordered after 12.00pm, we will dispatch your order on the next working day.

If your order is placed before 10.30AM on Saturday, we will aim to dispatch your order the same day once payment is cleared. If ordered after 10.30am on Saturday or on Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday.

All orders are dispatched first class using Royal Mail.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email from us to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Returns policy

Hopefully you will be very happy with the product you receive. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by e-mail at within 7 days to advise of the your preferred action i.e. refund or replacement.

Returning products

The product can then be returned to us, unused and still in its original packaging, within 28 days quoting your name, address & the date of purchase. We will not be able to process refunds for items once the 28 day period has passed. Please ensure that all packaging, tags and hygiene strips are left in place.
Products are QA checked before despatch, however in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us by e-mail at, with full details. We will deal with it quickly and promptly as customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer, except when products are faulty or damaged.  No additional postage and packing charges will be made for exchange items. When returning goods, customers should obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in the post & will not be able to replace your items or offer you a refund in this case.


Refunds will be made directly back to your original payment method on receipt of the item. We always check items back in to stock, to ensure that they are free from damage and in the same condition (with tags & labels intact) as supplied. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, once the refund is made. Any damaged caused to the product accidental or otherwise meaning that an item is not longer in its original condition means a refunds /replacement will not be covered.
