How to order

At MySwimKit  we hope that our customers will find our swimshop easy to use and navigate around. We have tried to make it as simple to use as possible as we know time is precious and with a smaller range and our recommendations as swimming instructors , we hope to make your choices easier .When you browse our products you will be able to identify the current stock situation and know if the product is in stock as you place your order. If your product is unfortunately out of stock we will advise you when the product will be back in stock to order again.

You can shop the site by one of our 3 stages of swimming ability or by Category or by brand .Products should be quick and easy to find ,some have size or colour options for you to choose from .Once you have made your choice, simply add the product to your basket, go to checkout, pay and get on with your day. We will then do the rest and keep you informed along the way with a confirmation of order and of dispatch..

Payment to MySwimKit

At MySwimKit, we use PayPal which enables you to pay instantly & securely using any major debit / credit card with no fee even if you don’t have a Paypal account. Simply click onto the PayPal button and you will be guided through the payment process .Once payment is received you will receive a notification from PayPal confirming your payment and a confirmation email from MySwimKit outlining your order.

If your order is placed before midday Monday- Friday, we will aim to dispatch your order the same day once payment is cleared. If ordered after 12.00pm , we will dispatch your order on the next working day . Any order placed over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday .

All orders are dispatched using Royal mail at a standard rate of £3.95

Any orders valued  over £50 will be delivered free of charge.

Once dispatched from MySwimKit, you will receive an email from us  to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Returns policy

Hopefully you will be very happy with the product you receive but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days to advise of the your preferred action ie refund or replacement . The product can then be returned to us unused and still in its original packaging within 28 days quoting your name, address & the date of purchase. We will not be able to process refunds for items once the 28 day period has passed. Please ensure that all packaging, tags  and hygiene strips are left in place.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please let us know the reason for the return in case it is not obvious.

Return postage and packing costs will be met by the customer except when products are faulty or damaged but no additional postage and packing charges will be made for exchange items to be sent. When returning goods customers should obtain proof of postage as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost in the post & will not be able to replace your items or offer you a refund in this case.

Refunds will be made directly back to your original payment method on receipt of the item . We always check items back in to stock, to ensure that they are free from damage and in the same condition (with tags & labels intact) as supplied. We will aim for this credit to be actioned as quickly as possible and your patience is appreciated .
Any damaged caused to the product accidental or otherwise meaning that an item is not longer in its original condition means a refunds /replacement will not be covered .
