Hats

Sounds obvious but here are some tips for fitting hats properly

When putting on your hat always make sure that your child has  the front high enough on the forehead so that it doesn’t interfere with their goggles if wearing them or their eyes . The seal of the goggles will not work properly when it comes into contact or overlaps the front of the hat  . Make sure the hat is placed over the ears and tuck all hair inside so that it is neat and today and out of the way . The silicone hats are a bit more tricky to get on so your child may need help with this . ask them to place their thumbs inside the front of the hat and keep hold of it in the middle of their forehead whilst you place it over their head and position in the correct place .
